Record of the year
These were the nominees for record of the year. It was a heated competition between Kelly Clarkson, Fun, Gotye, Frank Ocean, Maroon 5, and Pink. Gotye walked away with the grammy with their nuumber 1 hit "Somebody that I used to know." They ended up getting the award from the person who presented the award and that person was the legend himself, Prince (hint hint...someone with actual musical talent).
Justin Timberlake at the Grammys
Justin Timberlake performed at the grammys and it was his first performance in about 8 years. He did phenomenal. This is an example of actual talent in the music industry, so learn from me.

Boy Bands
Seriously? This is what our music industry has come to. I feel bad for the 12 year old girls who don't know what music is. Here's a joke, how do 5 gay guys walk? in One Direction. Too harsh? deal with it.
Eminem or Lil Wayne
What are your views on the music industry today?
My views on the music industry today are simple. The music we have today, sucks. If you were to compare the music industry from back then with artists such as Michael Jackson, Bobby Brown, Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson, Madonna, and various artists and compare them to today with artists like Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, Kesha, Katy Perry, and Nicki Minaj, there's no comparison at all. I'm sick and tired of people saying that the artists we have today are gonna make an impact when one artist already did that 20, 30 years ago. Sure there's artists now that are still going since the late 90's- early 2000s like Usher, R-kelly, Justin Timberlake, Christina Agulieria, and Britney Spears but they're just losing their touch. Espcially Usher, he's lost his touch ever since he signed Justin Bieber. Thanks to him, the music industry has fallen completely with this trash we call music. The thing that upsets me is that the world focuses on artists such as Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, and One Direction, but these guys seriously have no talent. They're only popular because of either YouTube, or because they're loved by 12 year old kids, who don't know what real music is. I can name so many talented people on youtube and they're not even signed to a big time company, and they've covered songs that were better than the actual song itself. All I'm saying is, the music industry better improve or else, we're in for a downfall of music.
SERIOUSLY? CAN'T COMPARE THESE TWO AT ALL. IF SOMEONE SAYS BIEBER OVER MICHAEL, CLEARLY DOESN'T KNOW REAL MUSIC.
